Raphael Lali
Born in the capital city Lilongwe and raised in the commercial city Blantyre far south of the warm heart of Africa. A product of a father from the eastern region and a mother from the southern region, It does not get any Malawian than this. He did his primary education at Chimwankhunda F.P School from standard one to eight. At an early age, he started to develop a strong liking for writing but gave it a blind eye until he was selected to go and study at Zingwangwa secondary school.
After having been introduced to the writers and debate club by a friend, the passion for writing graduated to another level. He served as president of the club while he was still a junior student in the year 2007. Then proceeded to Bedir high school where he graduated from secondary school. Currently, he is a student of Economics at Vistula University in Warsaw, Poland. He still clings to writing and has hope of publishing his work sooner or later.
His inspiration and motivation is primarily his own heart and also from the likes of Sidney Sheldon, Steve Chimombo, Ken Lipenga, Mariam Ba, Kenneth Kaunda and many more.
